Maureen Halliday is a driven anchor and multimedia journalist always looking for the next big story. Currently, she works for WILX and anchors News 10 Today, Mid-Michigan's #1 morning newscast from 4:30- 7 a.m. on weekdays.

 

Maureen is a team player and will always lend her talents to help those around her. She can produce, write, edit, film, and post on WILX's digital platforms, including CTV. Maureen has a forward-thinking mindset and is always working to get the newest information into her shows.


Maureen started her career as a morning reporter with WILX in Lansing, Michigan in December 2018. News 10 leads in breaking news and Maureen has been a key factor in keeping that title. In 2020, Maureen took over as the weekend evening anchor and producer.

Before starting her career, Maureen attended Boston University where she was a producer and anchor for the school's television show BUTV10's The Wire.  She also anchored, produced, and wrote for the school's 30-minute Noon News program.
